How to make - Password needs to reply?

Hi!

I hope somebody has a solution :) I would like to make threads where the users have to enter a correct password to enable their replies. Let me explain:

In this forum users can set up tasks. To participate in a task users have to spend some virtual money - this money goes to the author of the task. Users have to do the task to earn money back. I want to make this check to automatic because I don't want users have to wait for the author if they finish the task. So I think I set in this thread to earn money on every reply and users have to enter a password to reply.

I have two problems:
First: read above - password protection...
Second: how to make that every user only have one reply in this threads? (I don't want to users can cheat with multiply replies to earn money)

I haven't seen such of plug-in ..
The best advice is to create it...
Other option is to ask someone to create it for you .. But I cant offer you such person..

Ok, thanks. Can I find somewhere any how-to's how to make a plugin?
