My dicuz7.2 problems! Help

Dears i have some problems i cant fix following things

1, please tell how to arrange "Recent threads feild in top of the forum like this

2,please i cant fix my attachment extensions(.Jpg,.Zip, .Rar) how can i add more

3, Important! hw to delete the 'Error logs'/user logs/admin logs/system logs etc

where did you get the discuz 7.2? and the decudis plugin you using 2.6?
