Problem in "New User Reg Verification"

Hi, I am tk, I have a Forum Discuz! V7.2, I have a problem in "New User Reg Verification", when my new member try to register as a member, they need to verification by email but at their email will received unknown word, For example:

I try to contact my hosting provider, they said that is my system error, can anybody help me solve this problem?

If you haven't done any modification of source code, maybe you could overwrite files with original package?
Download Discuz! again, extract files, overwrite yours with the new one. And re-test.
Don't forget to copy your files to another directory first.

I think all files is the best way to be sure you have no other corrupted files.
But you don't need to replace your configuration files. So, you may not want to overwrite them.
