UCH template - Xiaonei Clone

This template is in chinese encoding GBK, for UCH 1.5 final, latest release, you'll need to convert the code by using a tool, gb2utf, or you can also PM for paid translation.

Guidlines:

1.download attachment, decompress;
2.upload in binary mode,  directory "xiaonei" to /template;
3.go to UCH control panel, advaced setting, ->website config, choose 'xiaonei' instead of 'default' as default template;
4.clean cache;

yes but only a few files need to be transed, and overwrite same file under default template.
