By using our services you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms — please read them carefully
Introduction
Welcome to Msg2me (hereinafter "the Platform"). These Terms of Service (hereinafter "these Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and the Platform regarding your use of the services provided by the Platform. Please read these Terms carefully, especially the parts marked in bold or otherwise highlighted.
By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Platform’s services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please stop using the Platform’s services immediately. Minors under 18 should read these Terms with a guardian and use the service only after obtaining the guardian’s consent.
These Terms also include the additional terms and policies we reference (such as the Privacy Policy, community guidelines and product after-sales policies). These additional terms, together with these Terms, form the entire agreement between you and the Platform. In the event of a conflict, the additional terms prevail.

Some services may rely on third-party content, interfaces, SDKs or CDNs. The Platform makes no warranty regarding the availability, accuracy or legality of third-party services; for issues caused by them, please contact the relevant provider directly.
3. Account Registration and Use
You must ensure that the information you provide at registration is true, accurate and complete, and keep it updated when it changes. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, password, bound email and phone number, and bear any losses caused by leaked or poorly kept credentials. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication, changing your password regularly and not staying logged in on shared devices.
You may not transfer, lend, sell or otherwise make your account available to anyone else. Each account corresponds to one natural person; bulk registration, bot registration or registering with another person’s identity is prohibited. If you discover account theft or an abnormal login, report it immediately through Contact us or the ticket system.
The Platform may require real-name verification for certain features (such as publishing products, applying as a columnist or withdrawing funds). You must ensure the real-name information is genuine and valid; the Platform stores such information with encryption and access controls as required by law.
You can request account deletion at any time in account settings. After deletion the account is anonymized; public content you have posted remains, but the author is shown as "Deleted user". Before deletion, please settle any outstanding orders, unpaid earnings and similar matters.
4. User Conduct Rules
When using the Platform you must comply with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, including without limitation the Cybersecurity Law, the Personal Information Protection Law, the Data Security Law, the Copyright Law and the E-Commerce Law. You may not publish or distribute the following content:
- content that violates the constitution or laws and regulations;
- content that endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power or undermines national unity;
- content that harms national honor or interests, or incites ethnic hatred or discrimination;
- content that undermines ethnic unity or violates ethnic customs and habits;
- content that spreads rumors, disrupts social order or undermines social stability;
- content involving obscenity, pornography, violence, gambling, terrorism or incitement to crime;
- content that insults, defames or intimidates others, or infringes others’ lawful rights;
- content containing viruses, Trojans or malicious code that endangers computer information systems;
- publishing others’ personal information or private data without permission;
- unlawful commercial activity such as investment baiting, fraud, pyramid schemes or illegal fundraising;
- other content that violates laws and regulations or public order and good morals.
In addition, you may not engage in the following improper conduct:
- bulk scraping or publishing with automated scripts, crawlers or bots, unless authorized in writing by the Platform;
- impersonating another person or organization, or fabricating a relationship with them;
- artificially inflating posts, comments, likes or view counts, or otherwise distorting platform data;
- posting ads, promotions or traffic-diverting content outside designated areas;
- exploiting platform vulnerabilities for improper gain, or attacking or disrupting use by the Platform or other users;
- harassing, threatening or personally attacking others in comments or direct messages;
- conducting commercial livestreaming, promotion or brand cooperation without authorization.
The Platform may delete, block, down-rank or throttle violating content, and depending on severity issue warnings, mutes, temporary bans or permanent bans on accounts. Where violations may be illegal, the Platform will preserve evidence and cooperate with public security and judicial investigations.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
The copyright in content you publish on the Platform belongs to you, the original author. By publishing content, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute and translate that content for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving the services, and to use it in derivative products (such as annual collections, weeklies and big-screen displays).
This license survives deletion of the content, but the Platform will stop using deleted content in new derivative products. Copyright in comments and derivative works that other users post under your content belongs to the respective publishers.
The Platform’s marks, logo, layout, program code, database structure, UI visuals, copy and other proprietary content are the Platform’s intellectual property and may not be reproduced, republished, mirrored, crawled or used commercially without written authorization. Open-source code used by the Platform follows its applicable open-source licenses (such as MIT, Apache 2.0 and GPL); the license texts are included with the source code.
The trademarks, service marks and company names displayed on the Platform belong to the Platform or their respective owners. Without written authorization, these marks may not be used in any way, nor may similar marks be used in a way likely to cause confusion.
6. Responsibility for User Content
You bear full legal responsibility for the content you publish. If content you publish leads to third-party claims, lawsuits or administrative penalties, you are solely responsible; the Platform may assist but bears no joint liability.
The Platform has no obligation to pre-review all user content, but it may act on suspected violations based on reports, keyword monitoring and algorithmic detection. Outcomes may include deleting content, limiting its visibility or taking disciplinary action against the account.
If you find content on the Platform that infringes your intellectual property rights, please submit an infringement notice through Contact us, containing:
- your identity and contact information;
- the infringed work and proof of ownership;
- the specific link to the allegedly infringing content;
- a preliminary explanation of the infringement.
We will verify and handle the notice within 3 business days of receipt and reply with the outcome. The Platform reserves the right to pursue liability for malicious complaints or false statements.
7. Digital Product Transactions
Digital products offered in the premium shop (such as themes, templates, assets and courses) are delivered digitally and involve no physical shipping. After successful payment you receive a download link; some products allow multiple downloads, while others have license duration or download limits, as indicated on the product page.
Prices are those displayed on the product page in real time; the Platform may adjust prices as operation requires, and paid orders are unaffected by price changes. Supported payment methods include Alipay and WeChat Pay; all payments go through compliant channels, and the Platform never touches your payment credentials.
Returns and refunds: under the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests and the interim measures for seven-day no-reason returns of online purchases, digital products are not eligible for seven-day no-reason returns once delivered (i.e. once a download link is generated or the download has started). However, if a genuine quality defect prevents normal use, you can request a refund or exchange within 7 days with your order number, and the Platform will coordinate after verification. Refunds are not granted in the following cases:
- the product has been downloaded and has no evident quality defect;
- non-quality reasons such as personal preference, mistaken purchase or device incompatibility;
- the refund request is made more than 7 days after purchase;
- the request comes after the account was banned for violations.
For products involving creator revenue shares, refunds deduct the corresponding creator earnings. If you disagree with a refund outcome, you can appeal through the ticket system.
8. Disclaimers
The Platform makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of user-published content and is not liable for any losses arising from reliance on it. Users should consult qualified professionals for important decisions (such as investment, medical or legal matters) and should not rely solely on Platform content.
The Platform is not responsible for the content of linked third-party websites, and you visit them at your own risk. It makes no warranty regarding the availability or security of third-party services accessed through the Platform (such as payment, login, maps or analytics).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages (including without limitation lost profits, data loss or business interruption) arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
The Platform is not liable in the following cases:
- interruption or delay caused by system maintenance, upgrades or capacity expansion;
- access problems caused by telecom operators, CDN providers or abnormal third-party interfaces;
- interruption caused by force majeure (such as earthquakes, typhoons, floods, war or government acts);
- problems caused by your own reasons (such as device failure, network issues or operating errors);
- losses caused by other users’ conduct (such as infringement, fraud or harassment), though the Platform will assist you in protecting your rights.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services and may integrate third-party services through APIs, SDKs and embedded components. It makes no warranty regarding the content, quality, security or legality of third-party services and is not liable for any losses arising from their use.
Some third-party services (such as login, payment, maps and analytics) may require you to authorize the Platform to access certain information. You should read the relevant third party’s privacy policy and terms before use and decide for yourself whether to accept them.
The Platform is not responsible for the interruption, change or shutdown of third-party services. If one stops or malfunctions, we will try to find an alternative but do not guarantee equivalent functionality.
10. Privacy Protection
The Platform values user privacy. For how we collect, use, store, share and protect your personal information, and your rights of access, correction, deletion and consent withdrawal, see the Privacy Policy. These Terms and the Privacy Policy together form the entire agreement between you and the Platform.
The Platform uses Cookies and similar technologies (such as LocalStorage and Web Storage) to remember your login status, store preferences and analyze usage. You can disable Cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work properly.
11. Changes to the Terms
The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Revised terms take effect upon publication and will be announced prominently (such as on the home-page announcement and the site announcements board); material changes are sent to registered users via in-site message or email.
Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms; if you do not agree, please stop using the service and request account deletion. The Platform is not liable for losses arising from your failure to follow changes to these Terms.
12. Notices and Delivery
Notices from the Platform may be delivered via in-site messages, email, SMS or announcements. A notice is deemed delivered when sent; if the contact information you provided is wrong or inaccurate and the notice is not actually received, you bear the consequences.
Notices you send to the Platform should be submitted through the Contact us page, the ticket system or the official mailbox. We will reply within a reasonable time; for urgent matters please use the ticket system first.
13. Force Majeure
If the Platform cannot perform its obligations due to force majeure (including without limitation earthquakes, typhoons, floods, tsunamis, war, armed conflict, riots, terrorist attacks, government acts, changes in laws and regulations, telecom failures, backbone network outages, hacker attacks or ransomware), it is not liable, but will make reasonable efforts to reduce losses and restore service promptly.
If force majeure lasts more than 30 days, either party may terminate this agreement by written notice, without affecting rights and obligations already accrued.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of the other provisions. The Platform and you should replace the invalid provision in good faith with a valid one that best matches the original intent.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The conclusion, effectiveness, interpretation, performance and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macau Special Administrative Region and the Taiwan region).
For any dispute arising from these Terms or the service, both parties should first seek a friendly resolution; if that fails, either party may bring suit before the people’s court with jurisdiction at the Platform’s location. During dispute resolution, the non-disputed parts of these Terms remain in effect.
The Platform respects users’ lawful rights. If you have any questions about these Terms or the service, contact us through the Contact us page or the ticket system; we will reply within 24 hours on business days.
These Terms were last updated on 2026-10-13. The Platform reserves the final right of interpretation of all terms.
